Claim Listing / Listing take over

Let business owners manage their listing.
The first step on making business pay for its listing could be give them ownership of it.

This mod will let the business take over a listing and will allow them update it with valuable information that your visitors want.
Once the business is engaged on the listing maintenance you can sell them an upgrade.

How it works:

Listings will have an invitation for business owners to take over. (The exact message is controlled by the web master.
The prospective listing owner fills out some basic info and the admin gets an alert e-mail and so doe the "claimant".

The admin will have a screen where the request can be approved or denied. In either case, the “claimant” receives an e-mail. If the request is approved by the admin the system automatically creates a user record with the information provided by the claimant and the listing is transferred to the user.
